Brice walk off seals the deal.
Kensington Cardinals wrapped up back-to-back - and five in six seasons - premierships with an exciting extra inning walk-off home run by Tom Brice, to beat Woodville Senators 3-2 in game two of the division one baseball grand final at Erindale on Sunday.
A three-run home run by triple Capps Medallist Nick Talbot in Saturday's first contest, staked Kensington to a 5-3 win, with Sunday's excitement-packed game sealing the deal.
Chris Salamida for the Cardinals was in a tough pitching duel with Woodville's Wilson Lee on Saturday, until the bottom of the seventh frame, when with two men on, Josh Tols for the Senators came on in relief and served up Talbot's crucial smash.
Trailing 2-0 in the second game, Woodville's Troy Weinert belted a home run in the seventh inning, while in the ninth, Wilson Lee hit a RBI single to level the contest.
In the bottom of the ninth, Chris Doyle threw Kensington runner Ryan Murphy out at home plate to force extra innings.
Weinert looked like being the hero when he hit another long ball at the top of the 11th frame, which Cardinal left-fielder Angus Bills managed to bring back into play for an out, with Brice leading off the bottom of the 11th with his winner.
Talbot and the Senators Jackson Lodge pitched complete game for their respective sides.
